Uobei Shibuya Dogenzaka: Tablet Ordering With High-Speed Lane Delivery

Uobei is a conveyor-belt sushi brand from the same company as Genki Sushi, built around ordering everything from a tablet at your seat; there is no conventional belt of pre-made plates to pick from. Once you order, your dish arrives on a dedicated high-speed lane resembling a miniature bullet train track, direct to your seat.

Because ordering and delivery are both fully self-contained through the tablet, it is one of the easiest sushi restaurants in Shibuya for visitors who don't speak Japanese to use independently.
