Tsujiri is a tea house founded in Uji in 1860 by Tsuji Riemon. According to its official site, the Tsujiri name has been carried on through branch families and shops given the right to use the name, and the main family line is now in its fifth generation. The arde Shin-Osaka shop is inside arde Shin-Osaka, the shopping area on the second floor of JR Shin-Osaka Station. Besides souvenirs such as matcha rusks and langues de chat, it has a simple seating area with five tables. It is just upstairs on the second floor after you leave the shinkansen or JR local-line gates, and right outside the central gate of Shin-Osaka Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line.
On the menu posted on the official site (eat-in prices including tax), the Tsujiri Soft Matcha, a rich matcha soft serve, is 704 yen; the Tsujiri Soft Kyo-Parfait, with sweet bean paste, mochi and brown sugar syrup, is 935 yen; the Kyo-Latte Extra Rich, a slightly sweet matcha latte, is 660 yen; and Uji Matcha Green Tea is 660 yen.
